Executive Chef Adolfo Marisi's menu is a confluence of different, yet complimentary, styles. The heart of the cuisine is Italian, based on the simplicity and naturalness of the Marisi's home region of Abruzzo, which is then energetically infused with Asian, French, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences.
"What I love about what I do," says Adolfo,"is the art form behind it. Just as an artist can express themselves through their painting or a musician through their music, I express myself through my food."
Besides the fine dining, a gourmet take-out/eat-in section offers a selection of thin crust pizzas and a variety of sandwiches, salads, as well as hot and cold entrees. Michael Anthony's offers a range of services to its customers: lunch, dinner, private parties and catered affairs. Please come and enjoy the fruits of our labors.

| Chef Anthony Cinelli grew up in a large and close Italian family in Jersey City, watching his father, aunt and uncles prepare Italian specialties with love and passion for whole extended clans gave Anthony the idea that food would be his career. Anthony began working at Laico's Restaurant, a Jersey City landmark. He then went on to train as a chef in the culinary arts program at Hudson County Community College. Following his graduation, Anthony Cinelli worked in a number of restaurants and hotels perfecting his craft.
Anthony Cinelli went on to open "A Taste of Cin" catering casual and upscale meals for the businesses located in Jersey City "Gold Coast". While the experience more than qualified him to join any number of successful restaurants, he is pleased and excited to use his experiences and passion for tasteful dishes at Michael Anthony's.
