Adrian J. Burke
Born in Bristol, England August 1973 to parents Frank Burke and Mary McLoughlin Burke of Knock and Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo Ireland, Adrian spent his first seven years in Bristol until his family relocated back to their native Ireland where his father worked for Mayo County Council and his mother retired her nursing career to raise Adrian and his brothers, John, Frankie and Liam and his sisters Evonne and Anna.
Upon graduating from Ballyhaunis Community School, Adrian moved on to study the culinary arts at Killybegs College and continued his education, working as a chef and managing bars throughout Europe until he came to America in 1998. Adrian then spent two years learning the hardwood flooring business and formed his own company in 2001. He now has a second company building homes in Bergen County, NJ. Adrian lives in Montvale, NJ with his wife Brenna and son AJ and has a daughter Leah who currently lives in Co. Cork , Ireland.
Adrian looks forward to this new venture and hopes that his efforts will help continue to build the downtown Jersey City area.
