Michael Anthony Ryan
Proprietor and Operational Manager is Michael Anthony Ryan. Michael has owned and operated restaurants in New York and New Jersey over the past 24 years. Buddies Restaurant in New York, Coles Street Cafe, PJ Ryan's Pub and Restaurant, both in Jersey City and now Michael Anthony's. These restaurants were built and opened by Michael. all operations other than the current Michael Anthony's were sold for a profit and are still in operation to this day, under other names. Michael is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark.
Christopher Ryan
Son of the proprietor, Christopher has been operating in the restaurant business for 8 years. He assist in operating and managing restaurants owned by his father while attending school, and then subsequently when he graduated. Christopher has had extensive exposure to customer and employee relations in the restaurant business. Christopher graduated DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating on Sales & Marketing. Christopher is responsible for managing the floor staff, inventory, and customer relations and assists in marketing.
Executive Chef Anthony Cinelli
Anthony has an extensive resume in the catering and restaurant business. Over the past 22 year, Anthony has been a chef at many premier restaurants. For four of the years he owned and operated his own establishment in Jersey City called 'Taste of Cin', where he did extensive catering for fortune 500 companies. Anthony graduated from Hudson County Culinary Arts Institute and is a Certified Executive Chef. Anthony is responsible for full kitchen responsibilities
